Mr. Perkins practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and insurance law in all State and Federal Courts and administrative agencies in Vermont. Mr. Perkins devotes 100% of his practice Devoted to litigation and is admitted to practice before the U. S. District Court, for the District of Vermont and all state courts in Vermont. Mr. Perkins received a B. A. in English and Philosophy from the University of Oregon on 1994 and a J.D. from Vermont Law School in 1998. Mr. Perkins has a BV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.* He is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and New Hampshire Association for Justice. |

| Before joining Plante & Hanley in 2001, Mr. Perkins worked in the public defender’s office in Windsor County, Vermont. He is a former U. S. Navy Deep Sea Diver and lives in Strafford, Vermont with his wife and two children who sometimes let him escape for a little fly fishing on the White River. | |
